Lab Grading

67% of the grade will be given when technical tasks are completed and clearly documented; 33% will be given for clear documentation.

Note that for technical tasks, many labs are graded on a curve (labs 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 12, and 13), such that students that put in more effort or have more significant results score higher, even if all tasks are completed.

We typically receive most questions regarding the documentation. Here are some guidelines:

Extensions

All students will be allowed to redo any* two labs they desire, for a complete re-grading, at any point up until May 10th. However, you must inform your teaching team at least 7 days in advance of re-submission.

*With the exception of Lab 11, because we will post the solution immediately after the deadline!
